J.P. McGarrity is a New York based front-end designer/developer producing public and private work for companies.

Born in Warwick New York, J.P. was raised in the Philadelphia suburbs. It was while living in Vermont, working for Black Bullet Media, that he discovered his passion for web design. As lead designer for this small Burlington based interactive company J.P. led design and layout for many national brands such as RightGuard and Subaru.

Moving to New York City in 2004, J.P quickly established his name in the web design industry. As Lead Designer for E-Frontier, best known for the 3D software application ‘Poser’, he served as the point person for all front-end web creation and development. J.P. was then recruited by VisualMax. As Senior Web Designer he directed projects for NBC, LandRover, Ponds, San Pellegrino, among many other industry heavy hitters.

J.P. currently resides in Williamsburg Brooklyn working as a freelance front-end developer and designer.
